They specifically told me I couldn't do that!!! Just watch they haven't put you on monthly variable direct debit and not made it clear to you... I got the same answer when I ask, I got told the only way to get a monthly bill was to switch to whole bill direct debit.GunJack said:

I think you may have been changed to direct debit whole amount monthly.
