Skoda don't provide a service book - how to record service history?

I haven't had a service book in any of my cars for years, all the relevant information is stored on the onboard computer. Doesn't your Skoda do the same?0

My 3-year-old Skoda came with a service book, but as you say Skoda is electronic.
