Flight cancelled at Gate

We were on our way to Crete on 23rd June 2022 when our WizzAir flight got cancelled while at the Gate (Gatwick South). No info /reason given . No one from WizzAir to support any of us. Just got told to rebook a flight via WizzAir. Managed to got another flight with EasyJet 2 days later. Got refunded the extra cost through my travel agent but was told WizzAir will be responsible for our compensation. Wrote to WizzAir 2 months ago via their website and still waiting for a reply. Never got any emails from them. What shall I do? Thanks Catherine

Do you have a Wizzair account? You need to log into your account and make the claim from there by completing their online forms for compensation.
