Packlink approved compensation but haven't paid and are ignoring me

I'm just after some advice for what my options are for chasing this up.
I sold an item for £60 on eBay back in June.
I purchased an InPost postage label via Packlink on eBay's website. I paid to insure it for the full amount.
The item was never delivered.
I contacted Packlink who, although incredibly slow, eventually approved my claim on August 2nd.
They refunded the original postage fee and said that the compensation would be paid within 30 days.
It has now been over 45 days and I have not received the compensation.
I have contacted them numerous times within the past two weeks but I have had no responses whatsoever.

What are my options for taking this further? I understand Packlink are based in Spain - but surely if they are trading in the UK, via eBay's UK website, then I have options available to escalate the matter enough for them to take notice?

Did they ask for your bank account details when they approved your claim? How did you contact them? Was it via this page? https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/209085085-Compensation-process-

I don't remember how I initially contacted them but it was via an online form. Their response came through my email and I was able to send all subsequent replies by directly replying to their emails. I got the impression that the entire conversation was probably available to view and respond to on their website but it was easier to simply reply via email. After around 10 days, they sent me a link to this claim form: https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360014205520I think they may have requested my bank details on the claim form but it was so long ago, I really can't remember. They certainly haven't asked since approving my claim.

I would try via the website instead of email. I had a claim that was paid by Packlink although I dealt with Hermes international customer services. Once approved it was all very efficient, but I had to use the website. If I had relied on email I might not have been paid at all.
