Santander ISAs any issues?

Santander have some table topping rates on ISAs, looking at Trustpilot they have a poor rating. Anyone opened ISAs recently and what was your experience?

I wouldn't be guided by Trustpilot when selecting a financial product.
Santander is fine, and so is Virgin Money, who now offer slightly better rates than Santander for the 1 and 2 year fixes. Any other ISA provider is also fine.1
