£324 payment from the government

I received the first part of £326 but i have not received anything for the second. I am currently on Universal credit so I do not understand why not. I contacted them and they replied.
"We are still waiting for confirmation regarding the qualifying criteria and payment period for the 2nd Cost of Living Payment."
Is the criteria different for the second part? I will be coming of UC in November and onto State Pension. Maybe that disqualifies me for the second part.

For the first payment of £326, there was a qualifying date set. If you claim for UC was before this date or you received a payment before this date, you would have received the first payment.
The same criteria will be set for the second payment.

If that is the case then I do qualify as I am currently on UC. It should be payed before the increase in October.0

Come November, pension-age benefits are overall more generous than working-age benefits, so depending on your income when you do come off UC, it's very possible you will be entitled to Pension Credit, Housing Benefit and/or Council Tax Support. You should check entitlement with a benefits calculator.0 -
they said people will receive it in Autumn.0

The qualifying week for state pension extra payments is quite early, before November for definite, so it's doubtful the OP will qualify for it.

[My comment about benefit entitlement at state pension age was intended as a general remark though]

I know the government have said on their website that the second cost of living payment of £324 for low income households is due in "Autumn"-
Does anybody have a clue when that is likely to be? October perhaps? according to google Autumn is Fri, 23 Sept 2022 – Wed, 21 Dec 20220 -
Since Government business has been stalled due to change of PM and the death of the Queen, no announcement has been made yet for the qualifying date or the payment date.
There may be something in the mini budget on 23 September.
