Lastminute.com & British Airway Refund Help Needed

I booked British Airways flights through lastminute.com. These ended up being part of the 10,000 cancelled flights. I received my notification on 12th July and immediately requested a refund through lastminute.com. Two months later, and after speaking to various 'agents' at both lastminute.com and BA, I am still waiting for my refund.
I booked on my credit card. Can I go to my bank and ask them to get it back? Or is there anything else I can do? Any advice would be gratefully received!

has BA confirmed if Lastminute have requested a refund and whether they have paid it to them?
Lastminute won't refund you until they receive the money from BA (and deduct any fee if in their t&cs)
Unfortunate you didn't book direct, I expect you would have had your refund long ago.0
