Well done for persevering and not coughing up the £60 which just goes to fund the scammers coffers and they have more funds to get more gullible people to pay up. The "discount" is just a bribe to persuade the timid and gullible victims of their scam to part with their hard earned cash. If you pay up, you are then "marked" for any future tickets as a potential cash cow for the PPC.
