Getting no signal, how do I proceed?
2 months into a contract with 3, all was fine, full 4G, occasional 5G, I was happy enough. Couple of weeks back 4G signal indoors or outdoors went to zero or 1 bar, just enough coverage to display 3 on the phone but that low of signal will not let me make phone calls or use any form of data. I have full 3G in this area but apple in their wisdom removed the option to switch to 3G on these new phones.
Happens both at work and home, I suspect both areas use same tower. 3 have been next to useless, there was an error originally but that’s resolved but I’ve still no signal. Any ideas how to proceed with this?

Do any other household members or work colleagues also have the same problem with 3?0

I would call Three and ask them what happened to the 4g signal
Also check their online coverage checker.0 -
https://imgur.com/a/GBU1zCc Screen record of this issue, they still deny any problem. Video shows my work location and me attempting to perform a Speedtest which fails because data doesn’t work

Took this to the CEO, Still not getting anywhere, he passed it back down the line, given dates for it to be fixed, it isn't give more dates, they're missed to. Any ideas now? I'm paying for a service they can't provide.0

Have you rebooted your phone?
It sounds like a signal issue, not data, but just to cover all bases, you have checked that data hasn't accidentally been disabled on the phone?

Myself and my son had this issue when visiting Tenby on Saturday.
Basically, once we left Carmarthen and headed onwards in the direction of Whitland, we both had no data when on 4G. I'm with SMARTY and he is with iD Mobile (both use Three network).
Data did work for a few moments here and there as we locked on to 3G but everytime we locked on to 4G we lost data again, even with full 4G signal. There was no 5G signal anywhere in the are and so we had no data until we both got back to Carmarthen. Three's 4G data is terrible but their 5G is outstanding.0 -
