3 lines via pole to house - 2 'disconnected' - impact on broadband speed?

So at some stage 3 separate telephone lines have been connected to my house. This was in 90's. This is from a telegraph pole - poles are at frequent intervals along our road in a city area. Cabinet is fibre to cabinet. I am 3 houses down from cabinet.
The advertised download rate is up to 100mgb. Doing a speedtest (not connected to WiFi hub) seems I am getting about 20 (paying for 60). Just seems such a co-incidence that getting third of what I should.
One person household, with Alexa lol.
Any thoughts - do redundant landlines leach? Is the telephone line from cabinet split to 2/3 at top of pole?
Can I do anything about it? With Plusnet.

Shouldn't make any difference.Key phrase here will be "up to", doesn't mean you'll get the full 60 for various reasons that will have nothing to do with how many lines run from the pole to your house.0

But you should have a minimum guaranteed speed. What is that?0

The extra lines make no difference. Have you tried a quiet line test?Proud member of the wokerati, though I don't eat tofu.Home is where my books are.Solar PV 5.2kWp system, SE facing, >1% shading, installed March 2019.Mortgage free July 20231

Your phone and DSL just use one pair, the only effect from the other cables would be if something on them was causing interference.
What speed does this checker show for your line?
