Thanks so ever single debt has to be specifically mentioned before you apply for a dro?
what if you are not sure the exact amounts of utility bills for example at the time of your DRO?0 -
Ideally you phone and get the balance on the day the DRO is submitted1

once it shows on your credit file that someone did a DRO at that point all creditors can see it and will assume that theirs is included?0 -

One recurring problem is that as debts get sold on, the present owner assumes their debt is not included - even if it was.

soon they are going to be very busy with the amount of people who can’t afford to pay their bills and debts0 -

Any debts not included can be chased as per the normal collection process.
The legislation is quite clear on this, why are you trying to find ways around it?
