Looks like it is still active, so I will be off to POPLA. Anything specific worth mentioning, or just that they didn't provide POPLA code since the appeal months ago?0

You can't go to PoPLA without a PoPLA code. If the PPC didn't give one then you need to complain to the BPA.

Just say as above and attach a copy of the PCN and your appeal, and any letters since.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
