So energy variable tariff
Not amused, went on my account and my variable rate had changed. To my surprise the new rates were cheaper than the one i am on from 12th sept 2022,. It is the so flex variable rate. Says i can chose this one.Gives me all the rates and i could compare, which i did. There in black and white my new variable rate is cheaper..Husband said i should phone up which i did.
They informed me.there is only 1 rate and it was all a mistake on my account. Well i was disapointed to say the least. but someone must have gone to a lot of trouble to put all that on my account. They apologised and would put a complaint in. Will now wait for oct rates but i don',t think they will be the ones i was offered. Oh well .

It's not "a lot of trouble" to put unit rates on a tariff, and many of the suppliers have had strange rates appearing as they try to prepare for Oct 1.
