I am sure I have followed the advice given in this thread. I couldn’t appeal as the date had passed when I came home to the letters from the parking company and was advised in the thread I wouldn’t be able to appeal. I went into see the store manager and was added onto their system so assumed all sorted. Then received the first letter from the debt company which I ignored and then had the second letter which I then wrongly called them to advise there was no debt.Grizebeck said:What do you do next?
You follow the advice previously given which you either dont want to follow or are ignoring
Why do people ask what to do next when it’s been clearly explained to them. How simple can it be.....
Can you advise what I have missed? (I genuinely don’t know)
I have gone back to the newbies thread and re-read. As I can’t appeal, I have sent a complaint to Aldi HQ to see if they can do anything as this is my only option now before it goes legal? I did previously send an appeal letter outside of the deadline to euro car parks and the automated response was “If you have received a letter from a debt collection agency or a law firm, you will need to contact them directly. Euro Car Parks are unable to deal with your case at this stage.”
I appreciate you taking the time to respond and do apologise in advance if I have missed something. (I am a sleep deprived mother of a small baby and a child that is disabled so my brain doesn’t always work as it should)0 -
All explained in the newbies thread as advised previously and further clarified on this thread

Getting added to their system is not the same as the retailer/retail park agents telling the parking firm to cancel a PCN issued before you were added.
What you describe sounds like no manager has even contacted the PPC, so your landowner complaint needs escalating.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
