Barclaycard ‘Scam’ - not taking full amounts by Direct Debit

other card providers and I believe barclays is one of them adjust the direct debit according to what has happened since the statement - for example if you have made a payment or received a refund

As I recall the last time I looked at my Barclaycard online there was the option for minimum DD, set amount DD or full balance.
I suggest you should select full balance and then take a screen shot. Let the month roll by and see what happens. If they don't take the full amount and you end up being charged interest then you have the grounds to complain. If they take a smaller amount for some reason as others have suggested and you don't get charged interest then what you do will depend on whether this is a satisfactory situation to you.
