Power of attorney - Template

Sorry to start a new thread

Tried submitting our claim last night. After 3 hrs scanning all the receipts , and the website site keep timing out we  finally got to the end as we thought.

Wizz air need a Power of Attorney form for each passenger

Does anyone have or know of a template we can use

A simple signed document will be accepted : 

'Under booking reference XXXXXX for flight W6XXXX on XX/XX/XX, I give ( name of person making claim ) permission to liaise with Wizz Air and receive expenses/ refund/ compensation on my behalf'

XXXXX signature of the other passenger 

You need to submit one document for each of the other passengers .

I’m about to do a claim for 6 hours delay, out of which 2 hours on the plane waiting…
How does a toddler give power of attorney?! I assume a scribble will not work 🙂. Is there some sort of template we are to use to basically say we are the parents?

Hey! Dealing with those claim submissions can be a real hassle, especially with the website timeouts.
