Can I suggest you write a letter of complaint to the CAA about Jet2?.  They won't know how the airlines in general (and specific airlines who are playing fast and loose with the law) are misleading , some might say lying, to passengers with valid claims.

 I submitted the delay form on jet2 web site on the 7/6/22,

Details of my delay are as follows, we were due to arrive in Newcastle from Rhodes at 01:15, on Monday 6/6/22. The aircraft landed in Newcastle 04:15 the doors on the aircrat after taxi did not open till 04:45. I have sent numerous emails to customer services and designated delays email and had one email in November stating they have recived my form but are very busy and it will be answered in due course, It has now been well over the 12 weeks from date the form was submitted time frame.  stated by jet2 and dont know were to go. Any help would be grateful.
