Having trouble Logging in to EE on my Android phone

Hi Guys
Every time i go to log-in to EE on my Samsung Galaxy phone i have to put my email and password in before i can go anywhere it asks me, if i want to use my finger print,
i press yes and put my finger print on the phone and it lets me in,
i then press the profile button and it then asks me for my email and password again don't know why.

Anyway after i have finished and logged-out if i try to log-in again i have to go though all the same process again, Email, Password, and asks me if i want to use my finger print.
One other thing as well it asks me to put a 4 digit code in every time, twice because it never remembers it....Doesn't seem to save anything i put in.
Its now driving me mad anyone got any idea's please.....Sorry about the long Nag.

When you say log-in to EE do you mean log in to the EE app on the phone, the EE website - or do you just mean turn your phone on with an EE SIM in it in order to make and receive calls on the phone?

Log-in to app i have to keep putting Email +Password in everytime When i want to use my fingerprint.
Everytime i do log-in it asks me if i want to use my finger print but never saves when i say yes.

I think its the App because i don't have any trouble with other Apps that i use my fingerprint.
also asks for a 4 digit code everytime and never saves that.

Last thing when i am logged-in it asks me for Email+Password to go to My Profile really strange.

Try uninstalling the app and then re-installing it

Tried that but still the same i just think its a terrible App and not working properly, Its only the EE app that's playing up all my other ones are fine.

I can understand the need to re login when you want to view your profile as this function gives you access to all your details and the ability to change numerous pieces of information.

I haven't looked at reviews of the app on the Play store but you may find others experiencing the same problem and possibly a solution.

UpDate: After playing about with the phone for quite a few hours my son had a go to try and work it out.

I was logging-in all the time but if i just shut the app down and not log-out it seems to work a lot better.

when i press the EE app it comes up so i can use my finger print to log-in.

If someone else tries to log-in with there finger you have to put the 4 digit code in or you can't log-in.

The only other thing is i still have to use the Email /Password to view My Profile but been told you have to use Email/Password.

Anyway thank you all for trying to solve my Problem its much apricated.
