Contract Help

Upgraded with EE as my contract ended with them on 5th September. Not sure I did right thing. I was told as I upgraded in store 14 day cooling-off period doesn’t apply and I can’t return is this correct as surely it is governed by the consumer credit act? Any advice would appreciated.

14 day cooling off period is only for purchases online and by phone.

That's for goods. AFAIK, for credit agreements it's for in-stoore as well, and the OP's question was whether CCA applies to mobile contracts.
