Thanks I just wasn't sure of the product.
I have office 2010 but will stop using the outlook part or is the rest of office not safe?

The whole office suite is potentially less safe as security issues are not being fixed in all the applications.

Hi I have found this but how can i save it to a CD so i have a hard copy also?

You don't.  The clue's in the name - Digital Download.  You just download the setup program from Microsoft and it pulls it all down for you.

(although if you look at what you've linked to, they've linked to an ISO that you can use)

Not possible/no need - Just D/L from the MS website and away to go!

An ISO file  is a CD image.

You can make a CD with it.

I get the Iso bit as i've done  a copy of my old Office CD and a copy of windows 10 using an ISO but that was years ago.   Are you saying the download link the site is linking to i can make a cd using the ISO route?

Not sure I'd trust an ISO from a random website ... be better to get the download from MS and then just use the product key supplied.

Unless the ISO is a cracked version of Office to work with cracked keys? (Even more reason not to use it).

How do i know if it is a cracked version?  
I cant find the free download link on Microsoft's web site so i can add the key form a 3rd party
