My new fix is with Eon is Next Online v20 on October. I'll wait for more news since exit fee should be free but got worried as today is my 14th day cooling period.0

I don't know if I'm being a bit slow here, but what exactly is capped at £2,500? Clearly, you can't use an infinite amount of energy and still only pay £2,500.Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you’ll get rid of him every weekend.0

Yeah my fix was basically at the October cap already, so by moving now I'm saving on paying it for the next three weeks. They were never going to reduce a cap by an amount that would take it below the government cap.Mstty said:

So if your currently paying more than the current cap on your fix may as well move now and take 3 weeks of saving and take the fact you've overpaid for a while on the chin as that ain't coming back. As usual the people who are too ignorant or heads in the sand to care get bailed out and us who try to do the sensible things get screwed.0 -
I see that the SRv21 has now been pulled. When I look at my tariff options now I only see the standard variable one at £156 a month. That compares to my chosen SRv20 for which I'll pay just under £300 from Oct. SRv21 would have been £334.Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish, and you’ll get rid of him every weekend.0
