Hi, I am completing the Directions Questionnaires form N180. I have few queries. If you can please help.- Do I tick Yes or No to below D1 questionnaireD1 Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing, i.e. by a judge reading and considering the case papers, witness statements and other documents filed by the parties, making a decision, and giving a note of reasons for that decision?- Do I need to give full address of County court or Do I just say Defendant's Home County CourtE1 At which County Court hearing centre would you prefer the small claims hearing to take place and why?

Please search the forum for a few words from each question, to find it all discussed before, at least once a week.Better to read other similar threads and learn about that new question where it was fully discussed in June. There's a specific thread about the new question, started by @GrizebeckPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@wpbbb Sorry have arrived too late in the evening to aid...hopefully the usual suspects have helped to get the DQ out the door.
Email to CCBCAQ is more than enough, in a week or so, depends how busy they are, your MCOL account will update with detail that they have received the DQ. I posted the DQ to DCB Legal in my case...but its no issue if you have emailed it.

Hello all. Hope all is well.I have now received N157 Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) from the Uxbridge County Court and I must submit the Witness Statement by 27th Feb 2023. Does copy of WS need to be sent printed hard copy by post to Court and to DCB Legal, if so then in order to get it on time by 27th Feb, I believe it needs to be posted few working days before 27th Feb or can this be sent by email. The N157 form does not mention the hearing date so does it mean the court will send the hearing date in another letter.I have not yet prepared the WS and now going to work on WS. I will appreciate if you can please point me to the examples of WS that is most relevant to my case. I want to read them and then prepare my own WS. If there is any other advise and suggestions on WS please let me know. Thank you.0
