Always good to hear that a new poster has followed our advice and not needed to start a new thread.  Hopefully there are more like you that we never see, but whom we help!

Make sure you are ready for WS & evidence stage and do start a thread then, if you need to.

Hello all, just wanted to update that I received the SAR from DPO Nexus on 4 Oct 2022 via email. Also I received below Letter from HM Courts & Tribunal dated 21 Sept 2022. Just wondering at what point I should start preparing the witness statement. Don't want to leave it too late. Do I just wait to hear from HM Court for hearing date and then prepare the witness statement.

Start preparing the basis of your WS now, your memory will be fresher now than in a few months time.

Recommended WS for you to look at (but not copy, as the WS gives your account of your parking event) is that produced by @aphex007.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello all, I received the above letter dated 21 Sept 2022 from HM Court, but since then, I have not received any correspondence  from HM Court or from the claimant Highview Parking. Is this normal or am I missing something here.

I received the same around the same time. I just think it’s a waiting game, don’t think we can do much about it.

Hi, I just received this letter from DCB Legal that they wish to proceed with the claim. They also sent their directions questionaires. I will now wait for the direction questionnaires from the Court.
