I have been looking for a sim for a phone that is basically kept as a second emergency phone - I was going to go for RWG, but today I came across White Mobile which seems a similar deal, but I have never heard of them before, has anyone used them, are they Legitimate. (come to that I have never seen RWG - which has now gone up to £15 and increased to 100 mins 100text 750 data, mentioned anywhere except this site)

Search the board.Search here is terrible, but you'll find dozens of threads on White Mobile.0

Seriously?
Looks more expensive to me, but competitive with better known networks.
No freebies except the promise children can contact you if out of credit (but suspect this is reversing the charges).
Rwg £5 topup is still available but not prominent on their website;

Gone with RWG many thanks "savergrant" I couldn't find the £5 deal without your link0

You're welcome, someone did the same for me as i had to click a link on here myself after exploring their site I found it in pay monthly. If you start eating into your credit you can always follow the £15 topup link and get the bigger allowance, just make sure you enter your current rwg phone number.0

I used them for a while and there were no issues, I moved elsewhere for price reasons.No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Should be OK to post in a two week old thread...
...been with White Mobile for 10 years at least. No issues with them and it's been a really cheap ride for my emergency SIM, which has sort of become my main number. However, today, I've just had the text saying "great news, your service is being upgraded". Upgraded means they are becoming something called Moblox (wondered why I'd had some emails from them today) - and they're not doing PAYG. The cheapest monthly package is £6 for unlimited calls and texts - and 1Gb - none of which I need. As a valued customer I get it for £3 a month for the first 3 months - but I'm probably better off going down the RWG route.
Now... what's this PAC thing that everyone talks about? Hmmm...0 -
