    This is the current Next Flex tariff for CB8 9EE (the closest postcode I could remember to Newmarket).

    No idea why I’m paying what I am then, will see what it goes upto in October although they told me yesterday 62p 🤦‍♀️ I asked why so high and they then backtracked saying they are sorry they just had a email come through saying about the price cap and they will let me know

    Same. My fix ends in Sept so I wanted to cancel the next fix and pay 28p for the last week of September, but they said 'our current variable rate is 61p/khw? How is that possible when it's double the cap? I asked them but won't get a reply till Tuesday now ofc.

    Crazy isn’t it, as soon as I queried the 62p she said oh I’m sorry I’ve just had a email about the price cap I will message you when I know 🤦‍♀️
