Customers have sent me emails before because they found/guessed my email address (I work in complaints for a retailer and never give my email out). It gets ignored as it’s only for internal use and mostly guessed by customers. 

Common sense tells me that I would upload the ID again. If no joy, chargeback for the £4.99.

I've never heard of Blue Light Card nor Goat so the thread was a mystery to me  - but i think we're talking about discounts at a pub - yes ? 

Sometimes, in original posts/threads more words/information yields a better response than this drip-feeding of words

blue light card is a discount card that can be used at multiple locations online and on the high street, it is available to many different people, I have one as ex forces, it is well worth having
