Blue Light Card Goats

I get this card every couple of years. Expiry was due at the end of August but they started hounding me a couple of weeks prior. I paid their £4.99 on 30/08/22 and uploaded my staff ID as per previous years. They refuse to acknowledge receipt of the ID, instead sending repeated messages regarding 'upload your ID'. I emailed a complaint to a couple of named members of staff (along with the ID attached). No response other than generic - please upload your ID emails. I know it's only £4.99 but what if that's happening with other people? Can I ask for my money back?

That's good but doesn't help with the query.powerful_Rogue said:I'm still enjoying the old 5 year membership.OH just renewed for 2 years, no issues at all.You asked if it's happening to other people, it didn't happen to my wife.Just go to the app and upload the ID again, instead of sending it to some named people you found.1 -
