New PM -- New Brush -- The code of Practice for parking companies
Immediate action as Liz promises ... she could last a couple of weeks or win at the next election.
We all understand that her first priority is to get the current crisis sorted
If as she promises she will get the crisis under control, and if she does, as leader of the Tory party, she is in charge of all of her ministers and that includes Marcus Jones Minister of State at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities
This came about because Boris got rid of Gove. Maybe a desperate decision by Boris but who is Marcus Jones ?
Does Marcus Jones understand the great parking scam ?
We shall see .... Does Liz understand the great parking scam as it is the biggest scam in the UK

We will need to wait and see who she appoints as Secretary of State for the DLUHC. Then wait further to see which junior Minister is handed responsibility for private parking, and specifically the Code of Practice (formerly Neil O'Brien MP).
But the new PM's immediate priorities will be the cost of energy crisis, the broken NHS, the cost of living, war in Ukraine, Brexit and Northern Ireland, and so on. The parking scam comes very low down on that list.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.6 -

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The BPA told the parking companies to get ready with new signs, THE £50 SIGNS
They had better get their act together ... will Liz support the biggest scam to hit the UK ?
Whilst she must address the crisis, whovever who will be in charge of Levelling up, the great parking scam is a priority in it's own right1
