    Hi,

Received a PCN dated 1/9/2022 for a drop off at Gatwick on 2/7/2022. However, I have an Autopay account set up and it seems that the visit wasn't recorded. Previous and subsequent visits in this car were recorded (we use Gatwick a lot)

When appealing do I simply mention that or do I need to add anything else?

Absolutely DO NOT appeal without reading the NEWBIES thread and other NCP Gatwick threads first!

Certainly no ticking 'DRIVER' on the dropdown menu.

The answer is as above (advice quoted from earlier in this thread).  No saying who was driving or the story of what happened!  It is a cinch to beat.

Just hop to the NEWBIES thread.  No link needed because my signature below, tells everyone where your link back to page one is, at the top of every page.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

PCN was received after 3 months of alleged contravention

    Thank you

You only need to start a new thread if you need help for POPLA stage, if they do not cancel this outright.

I think you will find it a cinch and won't even need a thread.

We don't need to see the NTK, we know it is non-POFA and that you will win as long as you do NOT tick 'driver' and do not add words that imply it (No 'I did this' or 'the NTK arrived months after I WAS THERE').

PCN was received after 3 months of alleged contravention
Just add that fact the timeline, WITHOUT saying who was driving) to the template appeal in the NEWBIES thread and state 'this is a non-POFA NTK and I refuse your invitation to name the driver, so you will lose at POPLA and may as well cancel now.

The best advice I can give is to never ignore advice from @Coupon-mad !

However, this was the text I used in my succesful appeal - The subject vehicle was on Autopay and visits in this vehicle have successfully been paid for by Autopay both prior to and subsequent to the alleged incident.
