Not received Amazon £25 incentive voucher after joining Virgin Mobile
My wife and I joined VM through a link on the Martin Lewis site on 2/5/22 with a £25 Amazon voucher (each) incentive after 120 days (through GiftCloud).
Neither of us have received anything. I've asked Virgin about this and be told I should raise this with the ML site. I'm sure I found some comments on the forum about this a little while ago, but can't find it now.
We've got an email from VM referring to the voucher t&C's that mentions it will be sent from no-reply@giftcloud.com. I'm waiting to hear from GiftCloud, but wonder if anybody can advise on similar experiences/resolution.
TIA

Had the same thing for my mum - she bought a sim using a link from MSE, offering a 5GB 12 month sim for £6pm with a £25 gift card. At the point of ordering, she got an email saying the belowShe' been watching like a hawk, no email either before or after the 120 days..
Details of how to receive your gift will be sent to the email address provided after 120 days from your purchase.

..
You will be sent an email including your gift card from Giftcloud (no-reply@giftcloud.com) once your sale has been confirmed by the provider. This can take upto 120 days from the order date. You will have 90 days to claim your egift.

I've contacted vouchers @BroadbandChoices.co.uk and they have directed me to a FAQ page. On that it says you have to wait 120 days for Virgin Media vouchers (as per an email from Virgin Mobile and I think Martin Lewis' site) BUT underneath that it says 180 days for Virgin Mobile. So it looks like someone has made a mistake and I may have to wait a bit more.0

My wife and I had the same issue - signed up to Virgin Mobile contracts, waited the 120 days, no vouchers and then we got in touch with BroadbandChoices. To be fair at least BroadbandChoices appear to have customer services and procedures in place. The wait to eventually get our vouchers was long, but I felt this was due to Virgin issues, as opposed to BroadbandChoices. BroadbandChoices kept us up to date and responded to emails. My wife waited 40 working days (8 weeks) beyond the escalation point to receive her voucher and I waited about 20 working days.
I cannot help but feel that most people would not have diarised the 120 days, so essentially, by not automatically honouring the voucher process, essentially we're being misled in signing up to their contracts.
The template to use when getting in touch with BroadbandChoices is below - replace your details in the brackets<> as appropriate. If you do not have your order reference Virgin Media can supply this.

HiI entered into a Virgin Mobile contract around <DATE> and had expected a £25 amazon voucher by this stage. However, nothing has yet arrived. I have checked your FAQ and I believe that I qualify for this.My order number was <INSERT_ORDER_NUMBER>.Please advise.Best Regards<NAME>0 -
I got mine a couple of weeks ago.
I had to supply Broadband Choices with order number etc and I was told by them they were chasing someone else along the way. It definitely took more than 120 days, probably just over 6 months.0
