my first bill with them (for July) was dated 5th August.
My 2nd bill, dated 5th September is now available on their website.

Had my first bill this morning dated 5th Sept, i was going to send reads today as it's one month since switch date 7th Aug but they've estimated my reads so it looks as though they do the reads at the beginning of each month, i'll submit reads on the 1st of next month unless they manage to start talking to my smart meter.

They are looking for a meter reading on the last day of the month.

    Thanks, will do.
Hopefully this Septembers payment is the last til May 23 if the £400 Gov't subsidy still goes ahead. Not sure how GEUK will treat the 6x monthly credits though.

  • I submitted reading on 30th August instead of 31st for some reason but now app states next reading due 30th September. However still had no bills come through.
