Hi Everyone.

I think I just won over NCP. 

I received an email from POPLA saying that the operator has withdrawn my appeal and had cancelled the parking charge. 

I did not receive like the ones other have from the POPLA adjudicator citing reasons for a win or a lose. I would have wanted to post the verdict on that forum topic.

I used all the elements of the POFA for my appeal as well as Stanmore covered under the byelaws. My last key point was I threatened to report NCP to the Trading Standards for misleading information when using the Pay By Phone App. I included on the POPLA Appeal a screenshot of the parking charges when using the app. It included the start time and date plus the expiry time.

I think I just won over NCP. 

No 'thinking' necessary. Jobs done, crap over, you've won because NCP chickened out. Truth be known, they didn't want POPLA to find against them and potentially derail their gravy loco at this location. They just want to be able to continue to scam people there, discontinuing their pursuit when anyone hits back with the correct buttons (PoFA, byelaws etc) pressed.
