Lebara Don't Use Impossible to get problems sorted out.

I took out through an offer for a sim on MSE, it took ages to port my existing number, once done the service was good but then it kept dropping out or nothing at all. Each time I called they told me what to do but nothing worked, the call also kept dropping out, I gave them a landline and asked if it dropped out which I was told they would, they never did because as soon as they get cut off they are given another call. There is no online chat and the email has not been answered even though I had a message I would be contacted in 48 hours. I am paying them for nothing with no way of getting it sorted out, so I now need to find another company.

    I've used the online chat and they were friendly and efficient at rectifying a problem that was partly of my own making.

    Just to further balance things out. I've also taken out a new SIM on this deal and am really happy with it. Everything has been great and I've also used the online chat for a query which was quickly answered 👍🏻

    I found that if i access the online chat page via Chrome browser there online chat button appears greyed out - but access the same page from MS Edge and the chat button is enabled.  I initially was getting frustrated because I also thought the online chat was not available until I realised its an issue with Chrome.  Every time I have used their online chat I have been very pleased with the way they have handled and resolved my issue.

    The Lebara Chat facility works for me on Chrome, as on my other main browsers Firefox and Edge.

    Like the posters above, I and family members have found the Lebara service to be fine.

    Ports happen on the first or second business day following the request, and subsequently calls, texts, and data work without issue.

    I have phoned the Lebara Care team several times recently, and each time the agent has been friendly and helpful, and has resolved my enquiry within the call.


  • Today, on Firefox browser, the chat facility displays:  The chat you are trying to access no longer exists.

    Works on Edge though.
