sorry to hi-jack this threadhomework- what happens if no one issues a charge for payment does that mean it is impossible to go bankrupt. Have spoken to cab adviser he thinks we will get a charge for payment but it may take sometime.thanks
There is a new no income no asset policy going through parliament. If you have less than £1000 and earn less than £220 a week then you can pay £100 and go bankrupt without a charge for payment. Good article in the Daily Mail yesterday about it, I think it will be in place later this year.0
