Evri Customer Services Non existent

I had 2 parcels sent to me by a family member, the parcels contain things of sentimental value that can't be replace.
I didn't know they were going to send them by EVRI if I had known I would have stopped them. 

I did not find out until they had already sent both parcels.

They sent them Tuesday and paid for next day delivery, Wednesday nothing, check tracking Thursday to be greeted with the message

"We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We're working to get it on its way on the next working day and we'll let you know once it's out for delivery"

Parcels didn't arrive Thursday.

Checked tracking yesterday Friday and tracking still says same thing. 

Waited in all day on Friday but nothing. 

Tracking still says the same thing today and has not been updated since Thursday.

I've tried contacting Evri via live chat on there website. But there live chat isn't live chat you just get put through to a Bot, who just gives you same tracking information. There is no option to speak to a actual human.

Tried phoning but same thing just get put through to a Bot who just gives same information again no option to speak to a actual human.

Tried emailing but got a auto response by that there is no customer service through email anyore.

Checked twitter and Evri don't be appear to have a twitter account any more so that's not be a option.

They have a Facebook account, sent then be a private message through facebook but be doubt I'll get a reply.

Family member has tried all the above  too.

Is there any way to speak to a actual human being at Evri. 

Right now there customer service seems non existent.

Any one else had this problem did you  eventually receive your parcel.
I don't hold out much hope of recieving parcels which makes me feel sick to the stomach.

I have had alot of bad experiences with Evri lately. 2 weeks ago they tried to deliver a 
Parcel box was clearly ripped open and be barely holding together, and the large bag of rabbit food in box had a big spit al the to way across the bag like it had been slashed with a knife. Rabbit food was falling out every where.

I asked them if this was some kind of joke trying to deliver a parcel in this state. They agreed and felt embarrassed. I took photos of parcel then rejected it. Told them I would not accept a parcel in this condition. So they took away and sent it back to seller.
I doubt  there was much rabbit food left by the time is got back to seller, the drivers van must have been a mess😂

Any way any advice much appreciated

    I can't comment on the Evri one, but on some of these live chat functions (British gas for example) you are connected to a bot to start with but if you type something like 'help' or 'i want to speak to a human' you'll get put in a queue to chat with a person.

    I sent an email to  martijn.delange@hermes-europe.co.uk  after a parcel I sent stopped moving for a week.  Was dealt with and as it was insured I got compensation.
