Idiots Guide to Android 11.0 on OPPO A76
My wife has bought an OPPO A76 running Android 11 to replace an ageing Motorola Moto E 2nd Generation running Android 6.
Where might we find an online guide to the basics of setting up the phone, installing apps etc?
Neither of us have ever owned a modern smart phone before. I have started the set up process and made reasonable progress but I am struggling on a few things. I have managed to get Whatsapp and Facebook set up.
How do I set up Hotmail (Outlook)?
We
want to transfer all her Hotmail (Outlook) contacts, and all her
telephone numbers
I have attempted to clone her old phone but failed.
Thanks
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

Old phone should be backing up her contacts to her Google account unless it's turned off .
Logging into the same Google account should automatically transfer them to the new phone including her phone numbers
Outlook should store her email contacts , there is an outlook app that should give access to her Hotmail emails and contactsEx forum ambassador

I have searched Hotmail both on my laptop and on my phone and can't see that option.
Our existing Moto E Anrdroid6 phones are very old and very slow.
Where will I find that outlook app?
Thanks
Edit: I have tried to import my Hotmail contacts into my google account but keep getting this message.
Grrr! A pop-up blocker may be preventing the application from opening the page. If you have a pop-up blocker, try disabling it to open the window.
I use uBlock Origin. I have disabled that but I still get the same pop up message.A man walked into a car showroom.

I am normally reasonably competent with technology but I do struggle with smart phones due to lack of experience.A man walked into a car showroom.
