So son did an appeal in your name.
Never mind. No harm done. Ignore them entirely now, but tell SIP in writing/by email later, if you move house within 6 years because what you can't ignore (or miss due to an old address) would be a court claim.
Defendable and unlikely to happen. But court claims do occur years later in some cases.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
