What is the helpline number for Wizzair?

Hi. I have just tried to contact Wizzair about the claim I made 80 days ago! I called 03309770444 which I thought was the helpline number. They refused to speak about my claim and said I need to email the claims department - if only it was that simple, they never respond!  Have I used the correct number, if not please can someone let me know what number to try? -  losing the will with wizz air now!

One other question, at what point can I take this to ADR?

As others have said in your other posts on the same topic you either sit tight and hope or you escalate. If they've told you the process is online then trying to circumvent this via a phone line isn't likely to help

If the issue now is credit card requiring payment have you told them (the CC company) that the spend is awaiting refund ? Or did you have holiday insurance to fall back on ?

Out of interest where do Wizz Air fly that Virgin Atlantic also fly ? Or was it one of VA's local (i.e. not Atlantic at all) flights ?

Thanks. My frustration is that Wizz air have made an offer for part of the costs. I have no idea what this is covering as they have not responded to any of my emails querying the amounts. It appears that they have also chosen to ignore a huge chunk of the claim which is definitly not excessive. I know that someone has posted the helpline number on here and actually got some help on their claim,   so was just wanting to double check that there wasn't another number that I could use that may be more fruitful.

There are plenty of numbers on 'saynoto0870.com' but none of them local rate nor appearing to fit your bill so you'll be throwing time/money at it to not solve anything

As a business we've been advised only to use WizzAir where no other alternative is available for exactly this reason - their customer service had fallen to a level lower than Ryanair.

As above what other alternatives have you to recoup some money - hopefully you didn't go to Tel Aviv without insurance ??
