    At least the feedback was also quite neutral and the buyer did say thanks. She didn't intimate that anything was wrong with the item or complain about you or your selling methods.

    It's altogether better than receiving negative feedback and a nasty comment (which I don't think are allowed any more?)

    As others have said, it sometimes happens. Some buyers are really underwhelmed and also underwhelming. Some buyers don't bother to leave any feedback at all - which I think is worse than neutral feedback. 

    If it were me I wouldn't contact her again - she may decide to report you for harassment.
