First neutral feedback in 10 years

Not happy that I have received my first neutral feedback. All she has written is "Received with thanks". I am curious why I got neutral. Is it worth asking her to revise or will I be rocking the boat? It was a sub £5 item and can't understand what could be wrong with it. There were enough photos to show everything.

Send a message. It might be an error. I left someone negative feedback by mistake in the past

There probably wasn't anything wrong with it, it's just that this particular buyer leaves neutrals for problem-free transactions and to get a positive you'd need (this is said tongue in cheek) to send flowers, a cake and refund twice what she paid, having already ensured that it was sent and received before she even knew that she wanted your item. Have you looked at the feedback that the buyer has left for others?kalsha said:Not happy that I have received my first neutral feedback. All she has written is "Received with thanks". Whilst annoying, it certainly isn't worth getting upset over. When purchasing something, I don't worry about neutrals, only negatives and sometimes those don't bother me, especially if the buyer has a track record of leaving negative feedback.2 -
The eBay feedback system is broken. In the real world, any transaction which just completes successfully should get a Neutral feedback (neither especially good nor especially bad), and 3 Stars in each category. Positive or Negative and 1/2/4/5 Stars would be reserved for particularly good or bad experiences. As we all know, in the eBay world, anything below Positive and 5 Stars is regarded as "bad". Not all buyers are aware of this.Philip2

As a buyer I look at the feedback percentage, then if it's a little low go and read what was said, or if it's a big seller I go and read the feedback anyway in case they have an alarming amount of negatives without it really affecting the overall percentage.
I find neutrals rarely indicate any actual problem, and even some negatives look to be in error.0 -
Thank you for all the comments. My feedback is 100%. She leaves all positive for everyone, that is why mine stood out. Probably a mistake.0

Always worth a quick read what goes along with the low stars given. Some people are bonkers.
Bought an item from China, clearly marked as a Chinese seller with fairly long delivery estimates, buyer left feedback 4 daysafter they purchased the item.
I was happy when it arrived in just 9 days.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I had a neutral feedback recently. The buyer demanded I post a collection only item so I cancelled the sale. They left neutral feedback so I stuck a comment explaining what happened.I'm not bothered by it, it happens.May you find your sister soon Helli.

Hope that you reported them for their demands.TripleH said:I had a neutral feedback recently. The buyer demanded I post a collection only item so I cancelled the sale. They left neutral feedback so I stuck a comment explaining what happened.I'm not bothered by it, it happens.1 -
At least you know why you got the neutral and you acted on it. In my case I can't understand why I got a neutral. It was not overpriced and I posted immediately. Packing was fine. So what was she not happy about?TripleH said:I had a neutral feedback recently. The buyer demanded I post a collection only item so I cancelled the sale. They left neutral feedback so I stuck a comment explaining what happened.I'm not bothered by it, it happens.0 -

I heard nothing from ebay though.I do read the neutral transactions for sellers (same with negative reviews) sometimes they are for daft reasons so I ignore them. I do ignore non positive feedback that gives no details.By nature I read more into statistics for context, whilst some others do, I appreciate others don't.
May you find your sister soon Helli.
