Mine are with EDF. Never had a problem and payments are made within about 5 working days of submitting a reading.

The second quarter running where I have had to submit a photograph to support my readings. Scottish Power say it's because the reads were higher than expected by Ofgen. ...
Has this happened to anyone else?

It's happened to quite a few people.
We've had a particularly sunny year and lucky folks with optimally-aligned solar panels have been able to generate more electricity than Ofgem's model thinks they are capable of.

Wow that is quick. EDF supply my fuel so I may give them a call. Just starting year 12 but had to take a photo about 4 times in the last 2 years.
    Thank you

With fit they have to check your meter every two years so they know your not trying it on.
FIT readings are a really weird one.
Some are done regularly every 2 to 3 months.
    Others never.
Been to countless places who have said they have never had anyone check it in 10 to 12 years.
Just like normal gas and electric, we only go where the suppliers ask us to.

Strangely a man from Morrison data turned up at the house yesterday to look at my gas meter only not any other meters.
I don't understand why this happens but it probably does more than we read both meters.
We only read what the supplier asks, and if they only want gas then that's all we read.
Some suppliers we may even end up going next day or two, for the other meter!!!!
