Most games consols have family restriction settings. You can set the hours per day and start and stop times on xbox for instance. You can also do age restrictions. This requires you to set up a master account and add family members, then set up the restrictions for each member. Ask g00gly how to do it for your machine. These sort of restrictions aslo helps prevent the parent ending up with a large credit card bill from a child buying games without permission.

You could try doing something with pihole. It's made as an ad-blocker but you can do a variety of useful things with it, such as blocking entire websites for some or all devices on the network (e.g. tiktok is blocked on my kids devices).
