Contacting virgin media

hi, can anyone tell me if there is a phone number or an email to contact virgin media please?

I can’t call150 because my home phone hasn’t worked for months and I gave up trying to contact them and have been using my mobile, but we are moving soon and I need to contact them, have sat for an hour or more waiting for the live chat to get back but nothing!  

Would appreciate any help or suggestions

Might be a bit of a mither, but you could post asking for help on the VM forum and the mods should be able to put you in contact with the right people ...
