Hi,
I've just been looking on the EonNext app as I just paid this month's bill. My account was in credit last month. My energy usage for this month was HALF the cost of my monthly payment but they say my account is now in debit. Surely it should be even more in credit? I"m confused. I have contacted them by email and Twitter and all they say is 'that is your usage'...

Were your previous bills estimated?

Sometimes on my energy account the payments and bills are applied at different times you can go from being in debit to credit over a matter of days.
Has your payment been applied for this month?0 -
A bit confused by your post. You say you have just paid the bill but you mention a monthly payment. Can you show a screenshot of your account page.

Without looking at your statements, it is impossible for anyone to provide advice. Credit balances are valid for one day only and are only accurate if an actual meter has been used. Check last month’s bill, is the meter reading annotated ‘S’, ‘ A’, ‘C’ or ‘E’?0

Can you post what you see on the app like this?

You were £87 in credit after your last bill and now £127 in credit.0

It’s the readings we need to see. If estimates have been used, then disappearing credit is usually down to it being a catch up bill.0
