Hi all,
Microsoft Photos is the default program for viewing photos. Its never really worked for me - it displays the image (jpgs etc) - but after a few seconds the image dissapears and it shows "Theres nothing to show here". Ive tried all the solutions Ive found to fix it, but to no avail.
Does anyone know a lightweight image view program I can use instead? I dont need to edit images (I have Photoshop for that) I just need a really simple image viewer type program.
Thanks

Paint is pre-installed.0

All editors can be used as viewers as well.

Personally I'd try and get Windows Photos working, perhaps there's a way you remove and reinstall the app. As an alternative though I'd recommend Irfanview.0

But using paint isn't really that ideal for the purpose.Neil_Jones said:All editors can be used as viewers as well.0 -
What about the Windows 7 Photo Viewer app?

Thanks all for your very helpful comments!
Ive just installed the Windows 7 Photo Viewer app and it works great! (I dont know why Microsoft felt the need to replace it in Microsoft 10, it always worked so much better than the Photo Viewer thing).
Thanks!1 -
I have Photoshop CS5. It came with Adobe Bridge, which is a great image management program. Doesn't your Photoshop have it?0
