They can't take you court as yet.Download the budget sheet as see what you have left for payment.

I owe one company nearly £1400.00 they get a fiver a month.

You stated that they could not provide or did not have the cca. Well.....they are just trying scare tactics by threatening to take you to court. No court will see in their favour without the proof (cca). Request in writing for the cca so you have hard copy proof and send it registered post. If at any point you recieve a summons to complete and return to Roxburghe, complete it but do not return it to roxburghe. Send it to the courts and always send registered post keeping a copy. Right now I am dealing with Roxburghe, Fredrickson and Bryan Carter. So any other collection agency wants to try me......BRING IT ON!!:mad:
