Most oil burning heaters I've seen these days tend to be space heaters for larger areas - a key part of the idea is ventilation as the fumes have to be exhausted somewhere - and generally are meant to be used with commercial heating oil / diesel. In theory maybe some of these would work with vegetable oils but I doubt that's likely for many.
You can get oil burning heating systems / boilers... Far less common these days in homes but they do / did exist. No idea about veggie oil compatibility, but I'd suspect some adaptation would be required.
Standard vegetable oil (especially used cooking oil) does not burn particularly cleanly so I doubt you will find an indoor heating appliance which uses it.0
