I got mine working with process explorer (killed the self restarting program) and I deleted the rogue program with unlocker 1.8.5 (deleted the source prog) to get onto the net, then run a bespoke virus removal tool from the net.GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time.0 -

I have just checked your log files in the thread on the other forum. This has confirmed my suspicions.
You cannot use Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc) in XP Home Edition. It only works with XP Professional.0 -
