Hi everyone
Advice needed, bought a concert ticket on gumtree, checked the bank was rabove board, checked face book accounts, linked in etc, all good. Sent the money across 150.00, then which I believe to be true, got told by the seller, sorry they are unable to transfer the ticket via ticketmaster as the transfer is no longer available. They said not to worry they would email me a screenshot.
I said no thankyou as the QR code updates every few mins, so will be no good. They offered to send me log int o their ticketmaster account, but to be honest, this could be used by a number of people etc. I said sorry I bought in on the understanding it was transferred. She then said can give log in details or refund, said I wanted a refund, gave my bank details and now she has not answered me since.
Do I phone the bank or go down the small claims? I had to buy a different ticket to the concert from somewhere else costing more as was closer to the time.
thanks

If you paid by bank transfer your options are limited (it is like handing over cash)
do you have all details required to go through small claims?0 -
Is this somehow connected with your other thread about selling concert tickets ?

No comeback on a bank transfer, and to do small claims you will need a postal address for the defendant-do you have one?No free lunch, and no free laptop0
