    Now or Sky.
Now will work on any broadband connection.

Sports is not cheap, but Now will come closest.  With Sky you'd have to pay for the base package as well and sports on top of that, easily £50 a month.  Now c. £34 per month, no need to take anything else.
  • Now TV mostly have some sort of discount so you won’t have to pay the full £34 a month for that(for example they currently have a £25 a month deal for sports pass for 12 months but you can cancel that whenever you want) and I remember last year when I signed a broadband contract with Now for 12 months, they offered me Sports pass for £19.99 a month for 12 months so they may still have that option available for new broadband connections but you will have to check. The only issue is that you will have to buy Now boost for extra £5 a month if you have want 1080p streaming as standard is 720 which is awful for TV.

Lol, looking at the Sky website Sky TV with Sky Sports is down as £44 pm, the equivalent package on BT including BT Sport is £41 so Sky is not the cheapest

    I never said it was.

What the OP said was "What’s the cheapest way (Legally) to get Broadband with Sky sports EFL Premier League & F1??? The other legal way is to go to the pub.  Though its prudent to buy drinks in a place like that and you can spend more in a night than you do in a monthly TV package.  Plus its no good if you want to see anything on demand or isn't football :D
  • The normal BT broadband prices are only a few pounds a month more so it usually works out cheaper with a BT tv & bb deal unless there are any special offers on elsewhere

You can set up a Now TV account anytime - just go on the interweb and create an account. Doesn't cost you anything until you start buying passes and once you have an account you may get some offers. The longer term sports offers tend to come around the start of the F1 season or the Premier league, but can happen any time. I think the first month I had Sky sports on Now a few years ago, I paid the full whack in month 1, then went to cancel, and got offered a reduced rate. Going to cancel usually prompts a special deal (unless you're already on a special deal) but can be hit and miss. I would expect to pay £20 to £25 a month for Sky sports monthly pass. Fortunately I now get it with VM, and is roughly about £20 a month incl. BT sports.
